Here is my 🍬🍫Peppermint Bark that uses only four ingredients and super easy ❣️It also makes an awesome hostess gift or a beautiful addition to your cookie tray❣️

Peppermint Bark


Line cookie sheet or large baking pan with bakers parchment.


1 package (16 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or favorite semi-sweet chocolate), melted

Pour onto parchment and spread into thin layer.

Place in refrigerator to harden.


1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1 package (16 ounces) white chocolate chips (or favorite white chocolate), melted

Mix extract into white chocolate.

Pour mixture on top of semi-sweet chocolate and spread.


6 to 8 candy canes, crushed

Sprinkle over chocolate.

Cool and break into pieces.


Makes 32 to 36 pieces.


TIP:  Can be made one month ahead and stored in airtight container in refrigerator.

TIP:  To crush candy canes, place in disposable plastic bag with zipper and hit with mallot or rolling pin.
