Sunset treat: Peach Melba on the Grill
A quick Peach Melba on the grill and served over ice cream. The perfect treat to end a summer evening in the backyard under the sunset.

Grilled Peach Melba with Cinnamon over Ice Cream
Slice 4 peaches in wedges and place on sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with cinnamon (about 1 teaspoon). Fold over, crimp edges tightly and place on grill. Cook on medium high heat about 10 to 12 minutes or until peaches are soft. Immediately serve over your favorite ice cream and top with pureed strawberries. Mint adds a pretty garnish.
Makes about 4 servings.
