As I mentioned, my husband is the gardener in the family and has already bought some baby tomato plants to start in our pots. He has the bright green and magic thumb for sure!
There is nothing like our Jersey tomatoes fresh from the garden just served with fresh mozzarella and a drizzle of the best extra virgin olive oil. Are you drooling yet ? Add a dash of salt and cracked pepper and you are done! (Maybe add glass of chianti with that!) Pass fresh the fresh Italian Panella and just tare it open to dive in!
