💝🍨I made this EASY 4-ingredient Ice Cream Cake in a heart-shaped springform pan for an extra loving touch.
Just layer buttery cookie crumbles, creamy ice cream, melted chocolate, and whipped cream… freeze and it’s ready!
No baking, no stress — just a love-filled dessert made for memory-making around the table.

EASY recipe and assembly:
1.Smash about 30 Oreos or any sandwich cookies
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of butter and bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Line 9-inch spring pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
3. Layer with 1 quart chocolate ice cream
4. Top with melted, semi sweet chocolate or hot fudge and half of your prepared chopped cookies
5. Top with 1 quart vanilla ice cream
6. Whip 2 cups heavy cream large bowl of electric mixer, with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add one to two drops of red food coloring, if desired.
7. Save about one cup whipped cream and set aside
8. PRO and extra special, pipe remaining whipped cream with rosette tip to decorate
9. Top with remaining prepared crushed cookies and sprinkles
10. Freeze for at least four hours
11. Remove spring form pan and place on serving dish. Freeze until ready to use
12. Let soften 15 to 20 minutes before serving
13. Mix about 12 to 16 servings
14. TIP- substitute, whipped cream with frozen whip topping, thawed.
