š„„š°āØCoconut Cotton Tail Martini
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Corn syrup or honey
Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Sweetened flaked coconut
,
1.5Ā ouncesĀ vanilla vodka
1.5Ā ouncesĀ coconut rum
3/4Ā cupĀ half and half
1/2Ā cupĀ cream of coconut
¼ teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup ice
Marshmallow peep for garnish

Begin with two shallow dishes. To one, add some corn syrup.
To the other, add the sweetened coconut.
Ā
Brush the rim of the martini glass first in the honey and then dip and roll into the coconut. Set aside.
Ā
In a cocktail shaker combine the vodka, coconut rum, half and half, cream of coconut, coconut extract and ice.
Shake vigorously; then strain into your prepared martini glass.
Cut a small slit in a marshmallow peep with a scissor and hang it on the edge of the glass.
Makes 1 serving
Make it a Mocktail
Just substitute the rum and vodka with milk.
