Grandma's Pizza is literally my daughters' Grandma's Pizza! My mother-in-law, Elisa, was famous for her Friday night homemade pizza. She had special rectangular baking pans that were perfectly seasoned from overuse, giving the pizza its wonderfully crispy crust.
