Here is a NO Bake Amazing Dessert that you can make in no time and perfect if you do not want to use your oven in this summer heat! If you do not have peaches you can substitute with any favorite fruit for the toppingā£ļø

No-Bake Peach Cheesecake with Vanilla Cookie Crust


4 to 5 medium ripe peaches

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice


In a large saucepan, drop peaches in boiling water 30 seconds. Run over cold water in colander and gently rub off skin.

Remove the pit and cut into ½-inch slices. Toss with brown sugar; set aside.

1 box (11ounces) vanilla flavored cookies, finely crushed, divided

3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Combine above in medium bowl ; reserve 2 tablespoons and set aside. Press crumb mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate; chill for 10 minutes.

1 package ( 3.4 ounces) French Vanilla Flavored Pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In medium bowl ,combine pudding mix, milk and vanilla; whisk until slightly thickened.


1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

In large bowl of electric mixer, beat on high speed ,cream cheese with sugar, until soft and creamy. On medium speed ,slowly add pudding mixture and beat until smooth .

1 cup heavy cream, whipped, which equals 2 cups whipped cream after whipped, divided (sweeten with a little powdered sugar, if desired)


Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into prepared crust.


Drain peaches and top in a pattern. (Reserve extra juices for serving.) Pipe or spoon on remaining whipped cream add reserved cookies crumbs. Refrigerate for one hour.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
